Mrs. Robertson's

Top Ten Tips

in Raising a Successful Student

Karyn Robertson collaborates with our teachers providing that the best educational practices and methods are followed. She ensures that a strong foundation is established for our students, so vital for the future success in kindergarten and beyond.

In addition to overseeing our teachers, Mrs. Robertson works with each child in small groups to help develop early literacy skills so that our students leave Bluff View as early readers.

Mrs. Robertson recognizes that parents' involvement in their child's education is one of the strongest indicators for success, and therefore makes herself available to parents to assist in mentoring their child's early educational path.

Mrs. Robertson attended California State University, Fresno and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Elementary Teaching Credential. She continued her education at Fresno Pacific University where she received her Master of Arts in Education Administration and Reading Specialist Credential.

For over 49 years in education, Mrs. Robertson has served as a teacher, reading specialist, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction for a local school district as well as an educational consultant for several school districts in California and Hawaii. Her development of a Reading Intervention Program became the model for the State of California.

During our summer program, Mrs. Robertson offers private one-on-one tutoring to our students for an additional fee. Click here or inquire at the front office for more information.
