Registration Fee and Deposit:

$50 annual registration fee per child. Non-refundable. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $200 is due at time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied toward May's tuition.

 

Hours of Operation:

Bluff View is open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday

 

Holidays:

Bluff View Private Preschool will be closed in observance of the following holidays: Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lincoln’s Birthday, President’s Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day and the 4th of July. Health Enrollment Requirements:

A current immunization record for each child must be maintained at our facility. When your child receives additional doses or boosters, you must update his or her record immediately. For further details, see Enrollment Application.

 

Child Security:

Bluff View has taken control of building access and security with the keyless entry system from ProCare. The keyless entry system allows only authorized persons with unique personal identification codes to open the door and gain access to the building.

 

Make-Ups:

Part time students are allowed to make up absences within 30 days of the absence. Make ups are only allowed with permission from the office to ensure that low teacher - student ratios are kept throughout the day. Please call to report your child’s absence by 8:00 a.m. in order to provide the opportunity for morning make-ups. Parents can call anytime or stop by the office in advance to inquire about available dates and times.

 

Early Arrival Program:

Early arrival is 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. Charges are $5.00 per day or included in the full time tuition. 

 

Lunch Hour:

Lunch hour is 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Children provide their own lunch. Lunch boxes, bags and thermoses need to be labeled on the outside. Make sure the child’s lunch container has an ice pack included inside. We will gladly warm up food when necessary. Part time preschool students may stay during lunch for an additional charge of $5.00.

 

After School Program:

We offer an after school program that includes Music & Movement along with Outdoor Sports and Activities. These extra curricular activities are held from 3:30 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. daily. Charges are $8.00 per day or included in the full time tuition.

 

Extra Sessions:

Students are allowed Extra Days with permission from the office. Anytime a student attends a session in addition to his or her monthly schedule, it will be considered an extra day. Extra days will appear as an additional charge on your monthly statement.

 

Drop Off / Pick Up:

Parents must sign-in their child daily with a signature along with our computer check-in system. Children must also be signed out by their parent/guardian or an authorized adult, either someone listed on the child’s emergency information form or by written permission from the parent. The permission note must be dated, and the authorized adult will be asked to show photo ID. Permission forms are available in the office and on our website. For further details see our front office. Our school opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m. A late pickup fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged directly to your account after 5:30 p.m. Please let us know if you will be late, so that we may reassure your child.
