We are positive that our Kindergarten out shines all other Central Valley Kindergartens. Our purpose is to help your child become an independent learner in the classroom. This will lead to success in learning to read so that your child may read to learn.

A program aligned to California Department of Education Curriculum Standards for Language-Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science
Spanish Language and American Sign Language
Library time at our in-house library where the children are able to check out a book each week
Art taught by a Masters of the Arts Instructor schooled at the University of Florence, Italy
Access to the classroom computer and Bluff View’s own private computer lab
Physical Education taught by Pacific Martial Arts includes athletics and skills such as: Focus, Teamwork, Control, Balance, Memory, Discipline, Fitness and Coordination
Low student to teacher ratio. Class size is dependent on enrollment and will never exceed twenty students
“Handwriting without Tears” program designed to teach the foundations for legibility and to build habits for good handwriting with specific prewriting activities
Weekly visits from our in-house Reading Specialist who works with the children in small groups to enhance reading instruction
A Teacher Assistant in the classroom works closely with the teacher to maximize individual student learning
Houghton-Mifflin curriculum
Off-site field trips to the MET, Discovery Center, Chaffee Zoo and Pumpkin Patch
